The RGL (runway guard light) is used to enhance the visibility of taxiway holding positions on an airport. The Apollo RGL has a high strength frame and aluminium housing. It is easy to maintain - no tools are required for re-lamping. External on/off switch allows re-lamping without de-energising entire circuit. Two RGL lights are installed at each hold point. Each fixture alternately flashes its two lamps.
